Terms & Conditions for Registered Partners / Users

1. Eligibility Criteria

To register as a partner or user with Trip2shope Pvt Ltd, the applicant must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian laws.

2. Accuracy of Information & KYC

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. It is mandatory to submit valid KYC documents (including PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and Bank Account Details). Providing false or fraudulent information will lead to the immediate termination of the account.

3. Single Account Policy

Only one registered account is permitted per individual and per PAN Card. Multiple accounts created by the same individual using manipulative or fraudulent methods will be permanently blocked, and commissions earned may be forfeited.

4. Income and Payout Terms

All commissions, bonuses, or referral incomes will be paid out strictly as per the company's official business plan. All payouts are subject to applicable government tax deductions (TDS) and nominal administrative or processing fees. Income is purely performance-based and does not constitute a guaranteed fixed salary.

5. Anti-Misrepresentation & Intellectual Property

Partners are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting the company’s services, pricing, travel packages, or compensation plan. No independent branding, creation of unauthorized social media handles, or misuse of the "Trip2shope" trademark is allowed without prior written consent from the management.

6. Service Bookings & Cancellations

All travel bookings and e-commerce purchases made through the platform are subject to specific cancellation, return, and refund policies listed on the website at the time of the transaction. Users are advised to review these policies before confirming any order.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Trip2shope Pvt Ltd reserves the absolute right to suspend, freeze, or permanently terminate any partner account without prior notice if the user is found violating company policies, engaging in unethical cross-lining, creating negativity, or harming the brand's legal or public reputation.

8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the company’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the company’s registered office is located.
